You can either sell your liquid hive or power it up. Hive power gives voting influence (enough will actually equate to a certain percentage of money for each vote, and some money from voting each day). Once you power up, it will take 3 months to liquify all money back to HIVE again, you get increment payments each week for three months if you choose to power down. HIVE= money you can trade now on the markets but does not contribute to influence on the site, HIVE Power= voting power, make money on votes, interest payments, Hive Backed Dollar= another liquid form of money that tries to match the US dollar, you can convert to HIVE to power up or sell HBD on the markets as well. Payouts will vary in giving you a portion in HIVE power, and some in either HIve backed dollar or HIVE. Cheers! |
