I am sending 0.030 STEEM, BUT, you only need to send 0.001 STEEM to whoever you want to communicate witn this way. So, I have sent you enough "postage" for 30 transfers (although your RC is only enough for 11 transfers). You might also request "return postage from whoever you send the 0.001 STEEM to with his or her reply.
