I've been a core developer on hive for three years now, working on features that are now powering the chain and improving user experience like RC delegations or recurrent transfers and currently wrapping up some features that will go live in hard fork 27. Welcome to HIVE! You were referred by @fokusnow. Unless you increase the HIVE POWER (HP) in your wallet from zero you only will be able to do limited transactions. You can earn HP with posts, comments, purchase it with crypto or hope for delegated HP.
